Choosing Personalization
Personalization instructions will be displayed for each item in the cart. Carefully follow the instructions, and select your design options from the drop-down boxes: colors, sizes, styles, etc. A text box will be available for you to type in the name, initials, or message to be personalized on the item. Please note: The personalization options for each of our products often varies. Be sure to follow the instructions for each product in your shopping cart carefully, and make sure all options are filled in. Also check an errors before placing in the cart. Personalized merchandise is non-refundable.
Personalization:
Most items at Starlightvisions.com have free personalization! Some items are individually hand painted by one of our artisians, making your gift even more unique. You choose the name, design and colors. You have to understand that some artists style may be different. That is what makes the products so unique.
Shipping:
Shipping times vary with each product ordered, as some items may ship separately from the rest of your merchandise. This is because we have several different suppliers. We and our distributors currently ship USPS Priority Mail, UPS and FEDEX. We usually select the best carrier, to ensure the best possible turnaroud. Most items are generally shipped 1-3 business days. Customzied items can take up to 2 weeks. During the holidays shipping times may be generally longer. Order extra early for holiday delivery. We do offer overnight services, but be aware these can be expensive.
Return & Cancellation Policy:
Because our products are either hand-painted, embroidered or engraved, we cannot accept personalized items for return, unless they are found to be defective in materials or construction, or the personalization is clearly inaccurate (i.e., spelling errors). We are not liable for mistakes made on the customers' part. Please always check spelling to avoid any errors.
If you have received a non-personalized item or gift and have a problem with it, call us, and we will either give you a store credit, or something of the same value.
You may cancel your order by e-mailing us at starlightvisions@starlightvisions.com All Cancellations MUST be made within 24 hours from the time you place your order.
In most cases, processing begins within 24 hours of your order. We will do our best to cancel your order within that time. Please include your Order Number in your e-mail.
Shipping Damage
If your merchandise was damaged through shipping, (which is always a possibility), than your claim is with the carrier. We will accept defective material, but will not be held responsible for a carriers action. If upon examination and the merchandise was damaged through shipping, please contact the carrier for instructions.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, and PayPal for all online orders. All credit card transactions are taken on a secure server (SSL).

If you choose to send in payment, please order online, put items in shopping cart, checkout, and make sure you choose"Sending in Payment", than print your items, and enclose with payment.
